Abstract
Process and Simulation of unit of Styrene Monomeris considered again in this research with current conditions.General study of unit and drawing data out of references and various sampling of each tower’s feed and product, data related to the combination of constituent’s percent, the study of laboratory analyses and the record of operational condition (Temperature, Pressure and Current flow) and the comparison of them with design data all provided required data for the project. Improvement of separator tower’s performance of Styrene / Ethyl Benzene by changing the input place of feed result in the increase percentage purity above %99 for Styrene. The decrease of pressure in separator tower of Benzene/Toluene results in decrease of reboiler heat and consumption energy and relative improvement of separation, which are considered as the results of the research.
