Abstract
Group dynamics is concerned with the interaction forces among group members in a social situation, it involves how groups are formed, their structures, processes, functioning and how they affect individual members, other groups and the organization. Group approach like SHGs, Farmer Clubs, Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), Farmer Interest Groups (FIGs) etc have been contributing significantly in poverty alleviation in country. This study was done among the members of Farmer Interest Groups (FIGs) formed under Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) in four districts of M.P viz. Damoh, Satna, Shahdol and Sidhi. From each FPO, 20 FIGs were selected randomly and from each FIG, 3 members were selected randomly as respondents. Thus, total 240 respondents were selected as sample for the study.
