Abstract
In the present study the researcher investigated level of work motivation of agriculture pedagogues and has also analyzed impact of various dimensions related to work on pedagogues‟ work motivation level. For the purpose of investigation, descriptive survey method in form of complete enumeration was applied. The sample comprised of 92 agriculture teachers/pedagogues of nine constituent colleges of SKNAU, Jobner, Rajasthan. Questionnaire was prepared by the investigator in consultation with the experts, and to measure the level of work motivation of agriculture pedagogues
