Abstract
he present study was undertaken at Chhatarpur district to identify the yield gaps between improved practices with improved variety HI1531 in the Front Line Demonstration (FLD) and farmers practice. The technologies validated in FLDs documented 22.77 % additionalyield over farmers practice. Result reveals that average yield of wheat in the improved practices was 36.71 q/ha as compare to farmerspractices 29.90 q/ha. The B. C. ratio was recorded to be higher under improved practices (2.76) than the farmer
