Abstract
The effect of four types of bags (Triple layer bag, Polythene bag, Jute bag treated with fungicide and Jute bag ) and three storage periods (2,4 and 6 months) was studied in respect of quality parameters viz., carbohydrate, protein, oleoresin and fats of dry chillies. From the currentanalysis, it is concluded that the triple layer plastic bags as a hermetic technology, efficient in retaining the biochemical constituent
