Abstract
Present investigation was carried out during 2019-20 at Department of Horticulture, College of Agriculture, Latur to find out the effect ofvarious pre- and post-harvest treatments on quality of Custard apple. The pre-harvest treatments included T1- CaCl2 @ 1.5 % ; T2- CaCl2 @2.5 %; T3- CaCl2 @ 3.5 %; T4- CaNO3 @ 2 %; T5- CaNO3 @ 4 % and T6- CaNO3 @ 6 %; while post- harvest treatments wereT7- Sago @ 10%; T8- Sago @ 15 %; T9- Sago @ 20 %; T10- Wax emulsion @ 8 %; T11- Wax emulsion @ 10 %: T12- Wax emulsion @ 12 % and T13-Control or untreated.
