Abstract
The present investigation was conducted during 2018-19 at university adopted village Redwa of Akola district to know the variousmanagement practices followed by livestock owners to estimate the technological gap in adoption of various management practices. a surveywas carried out by selecting 84 livestock owners from Redwa village according to livestock population and the selected livestock ownerswere stratified in to five different groups i.e. landless (with no land), marginal (up to 1 ha), small (1.01 to 2 ha), medium (2.01 to 4 ha) andlarge (above 4 ha). Most of the 78.57 per cent livestock owners provided kaccha type of housing structure and 80.95 per cent provided kacchatype of flooring. Majority of 73.80 per cent livestock owners got vaccinated their livestock against various disease.
