Abstract
Field experiment was conducted to study the effect of micronutrients on growth and flower yield in Delhi crossandra (Crossandra infundibuliformis (L.) Nees). The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with eight treatments and three replications. The treatment combination includes ZnSO4 (0.5%), MnSO4 (0.5%), FeSO4 (0.5%), ZnSO4 (0.5%) + MnSO4 (0.5%), ZnSO4 (0.5%) + FeSO4 (0.5%), MnSO4 (0.5%) + FeSO4 (0.5%), ZnSO4 (0.5%) + MnSO4 (0.5%) + FeSO4 (0.5%) along with control. The foliar spray of micronutrients of Iron, Zinc and Manganese was given on 30th, 45th and 60th day after transplanting. The results revealed that the treatment T7 i.e., foliar application of 0.5% MnSO4 + 0.5% FeSO4 recorded better growth and yield parameters at three months after transplanting. There is increase in plant height, number of branches, number of leaves at three months after planting, number of spikes per plant, number of flowers per spike...
