Abstract
The study was carried out at organic agronomy research farm, Karguwa Ji, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India during rainy season of 2017-18. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of mungbean as influenced by sowing methods by using different land configurations. The study consists of configurations i.e. T0 - Sowing on flat bed (conventional), T1 - Sowing on Broad beds furrow (SBBF), T2 - Sowing on Narrow beds (SNB), T3 - Sowing on Ridges (SR), T4 - Sowing on Side of Ridges (SSR), T5 - Sowing on Broad beds furrow + Sesbania (SBBF+S) and T6 - Sowing on Narrow beds + Sesbania (SNB+S), seven treatments in randomized block design with three replications.
