Abstract
A field study to examine the correlates of personal, communication and psychological attributes with functional linkage of gram cultivators and Ex-post facto, design was used. A random sampling technique was investigator to select the gram cultivators for the study. The investigation was carried out on a set on A farmer should have minimum one acre of gram farm. The basis for fixing the criteria of two years old farm was that, gram requires 4 to 5 months for the harvest of first crop, so in which facilitates to study the linkages of gram cultivators. From each of the selected villages, gram farmers who fulfilled the above criteria were listed in consultation with the respective Senior Assistant Directors of agriculture. one hundred farmers that is 50 from Maudaha taluk and 50 from Baruwa taluk of Hamirpur, district UttarPradesh constituted the sample for the study.
