Abstract
The knowledge and skill of women in dairy occupation their participation and constrains of farm women in dairy production activities were studies with respect to their present involvement in decision making process. The constraints faced by women were studies under the category of lack of confidence, lack of decision power, ifnores of male towards female decision, lack of visit of veterinary staff, irregular supply of cattle feed lack of dairy technology knowledge 100 respondents were selected from different tahils of Parbhani district.
