Abstract
Depending on the developing technology, the increase in the options of yacht production methods and materials has gained an important role not only sizewise but also in the increase of variety of yachts. In addition to the effects of the individualization concept, this diversity has once again revealed the importance of the need for design solutions on issues such as usage, functionality, efficiency and aesthetics. The dynamic and challenging nature of the environment, in which these assets are used, , the design process of yachts requires the pursuit of an interdisciplinary process.
