Abstract
This research paper's objective is to undertake a structural analysis of Robert Frost's poem "Mending Wall," in which the researcher will look at the form and poetic devices that Frost uses to emphasize his point. The researcher to conduct this study uses the formal method, and content analysis is used to interpret the text. This study also exposes unseen patterns that connect to broader themes and problems in American culture. In order to better understand the cultural and historical environment in which this American classic was created, the researcher will disclose the hidden structures underlying it in this research paper. The researcher will explore the influences of solitude, tradition, masculinity, and the human need for social interaction on American society.
