Abstract
Online transactions have been characterized by steady growth in recent years. This trend has not left aside developments in organizations in Kosovo. People who buy online are faced with technological equipment that often does not perform the right way as the customer requests or expects. The intranet connects the computer systems of an enterprise or organization based on the Internet technique especially in the TCP / IP protocol. Digital Marketing is a term for the marketing of targeted, measurable and interactive products and services using digital technology to reach and convert "leads" to customers. The main objective is to promote brands, build preference, and increase sales through various digital techniques.
