Abstract
The present research endeavors to devise an intellectually engaging and interactive electronic educational resource for higher education institutions with the objective of elevating the standard of education by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and information and communication technologies in the digital transformation of education. To attain this objective, a combination of research methodologies were employed that entailed an intellectual examination of practical exercises and self-directed learning tasks, with a spotlight on evaluating the learners' competencies and dissecting the tasks into smaller, manageable components. These components were then recombined to tackle the challenge at hand.
