Abstract
The proposed work needs to be applied throughout the year’s training process. Initially, the introductory proposals should rely on the undeniable fact that the handball “sports education†takes between 6 and 8 years (Dimkova, 2008). Of course, there are exceptions, but as “exceptions,†it confirms the rule: “Any serious handball school must have a multi-year work plan on the basis of which one-year courses will work with special plans and programs for every age. These plans must include and cover the content of the work for each age category separately, given that “handball clubs†offer in any case: the theory of handball, technique, tactics, physical training and what most children, who are interested and motivated: play, handball, of course.
