Abstract
Infertility; an inability to conceive after unprotectedintercourse for a period of at least one year, is associatedwith several medical conditions in both men and womenwhich may end up in depression and a number of medical,psycho- social disorders1. It has been observed that femalepartners are usually blamed for this condition, especiallywhen they are living in joint families2. Since we are awareof the fact that females in many settings are put into earlymarriage for the sake of royalty or for carrying forward thegenetic legacy which prevents them from seeking higher orsometimes even basic education and thus ending up believingin misconceptions and myths. This renders them with lackof awareness and therefore a positive approach for diagnosisand management of infertility
