Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to address the allocation of risks in public-private partnership projects. To that effect, the paper briefly summarizes the regulatory framework applying to public-private partnerships in Argentina and the importance of the correct allocation of risks, the typical risks in different infrastructure projects, the available mechanisms per project and the general practice in projects developed around the world.
