Abstract
The 1994 constitutional reform enshrined the right to collective due process. This meant a paradigmatic change in terms of enforceability and justiciability of rights. However, twenty-five years after its constitutional recognition, we do not have adequate rules to discuss collectively. We believe that this is directly linked to the power of collective processes to put into crisis an essential aspect of the constitutional reform: the political-economic derangement of the liberal-conservative base pact.
