Abstract
Electronic mediation is an ideal method of solving conflicts that arise in times of global pandemic, based on article 18 of the National Constitution, article 706 of the National Civil and Commercial Code on effective guardianship and the Resolution No. 121/20. In the cognitive process, perception, that determines the ability to receive information in the virtual field, is action-oriented knowledge. This knowledge is automated and generates attitudes, which become habits. A habit is selected and automated knowledge. Electronic mediation is built from actions in cyberspace. In this context, the effects of sociology are of utmost importance. The object of sociology is to study the connection that exists between society and individuals, as well as the relationship between them. Interpersonal activities structure and shape the social world. In the new information and communication technologies this is called socialization of the individual.
