Abstract
Globalisation has two sides, like a coin. One side is making the world a better place whereas the other side is not. In this paper, the core focus would be on how Globalisation has affected women in third world countries with an Indian perspective. This paper will introduce the topic by highlighting the difficulty faced by Indian women in having equal status to men and by also underlining how the developed countries have influenced the mindset of Indian families towards women rights. This paper’s scope is restricted to two aspects.
