Abstract
Starting from the observation of the strategic behavior of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, there is a description of a clear exercise of the political power, specially but not exclusively when it applies to the control of the constitutionality of the norms and acts emanated from the Congress and the Executive National Power, placing that state organ as one of the central actors of the political process.
