Abstract
During the professional exercise of Education, the teacher and the owner of the educational establishments, are faced with difficult, unknown, often conflictive situations within the classroom ecosystem, since in decision-making there is a contrast of technical, ethical and links associated with the learning process of the human person from initial, primary, secondary education to higher education.
