Abstract
This article aims to address the concept of intersectionality from an integral perspective, starting from its origin, introducing its normative framework, until its factual applicability today. It is intended to visualize its different categories as: social class, race, gender, ethnicity, age, urban or rural belonging, sexual orientation, among others; deepening gender and sexual orientation. Recognizing access to justice as a fundamental human right and the importance of gender-sensitive and intersectional judicial decisions.
