Abstract
India has one of the highest rates of underweight children in the world, which has serious ramifications for illness, mortality, productivity and economic growth and malnutrition chiefs to sequence of physiological fluctuations, metabolic anomalies lower tissue and organ function and harm to body mass. Childhood vaccination programs contributed to major reductions in global morbidity and mortality in children under 5 years. India has a large number of unvaccinated and under-vaccinated children. The primary goal of such studies is to determine the extent, kinds and distribution of malnutrition in various geomorphologic locations in order to identify risky groups and control contributory factors.
