Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the approaches to improve mobbing behaviors in primary health care workers in Manisa city center. The study is a cross-sectional descriptive study. The universe of there search is composed of primary health care workers working in Manisa city center (n = 510). In the study, it was aimed to reach hall of the employees without making any sampling, and 414 people were reached (participation in survey 81 %). There search data was collected between 01.06.2014-01.12.2014. In the study, the data were collected with three forms; Socio-demographic question naire, Mobbing Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale. Data were analyzed by Mann Whitney-U test and Kruskal-Wallis test. The association between risk factors and Mobbing Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale was analysed using the linear regression model.
