Abstract
This study attempted to determine the factors affecting the performance level of volunteers of the Ready Reserve Battalion in the province of Laguna. Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions: (1) What is the professional profile of the Ready Reserve Battalion in Laguna as to: 1.1.
