Abstract
In this paper we will introduce neutrosophic crisp Tri-topological spaces, and we will introduce four new types of open and closed sets in neutrosophic crisp Tri-topological spaces. Then, the closure and interior neutrosophic crisp set will be defined via this new concept of open and closed sets. Finally, we will introduce the basic properties of these types of open and closed sets and the properties of new concept of closure and the interior.
