Abstract
The study aimed to measure the impact of the organizational climate on the rate of work turnover at the University of Kordofan for the year 2020, and the study used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection to verify the hypotheses of the study. Of the community with 150 individuals, 61%. The study reached the following results: The organizational structure negatively affects the rate of voluntary work turnover (B = -0.165 p = 0.024) and positively the rate of compulsory work turnover (B = 0.150 p = 0.005), and that the technology used positively affects the rate of compulsory work turnover (B = 0.151 p = 0.004), and that motivating workers positively affects the rate of forced labor turnover (B = 0.155 p = 0.017).
