Abstract
Purpose: Bangladesh is a country that is consisted of various ethnic groups. After the 46 years of freedom, Bangladesh remains under the title of a developing country with numerous afflictions. Rohingya is one of such misery. They face mass killing, execution, forced labor and deportation or denied them the most basic of human rights and rendered them stateless. The main purpose of this study was the causes of the Rohingya refugee crisis and find out the implication of their statelessness. Methodology: It was both descriptive and exploratory research in nature (Interview Schedule and Case study used for data collections). This study analyzes from theoretical frameworks, Migration theory to figure out the Rohingya crisis and their impact on local peoples.
