Abstract
The preservation and archiving of documents of public use pose a problem in the DRC. And archiving companies are almost non-existent. The present work aims to revive the practice of the conservation and archiving of documents in educational, commercial, administrative and even health establishments in the country. The management and conservation of archives, no matter how important, require professional secrecy. Statistics helped us in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data. To collect the data useful for this research, we resorted to the survey method, to documentation. The interview was very important to us. It allowed us to get in touch with the subjects of the study.
