Abstract
Summary This work proposes to analyze the problem of access to drinking water and sanitation in the city province of Kinshasa. This theme is a real indicator of health risk factors. The problem is more marked with population growth and migratory movements, forcing men and women to crowd into precarious urban neighborhoods which, by the irreversible force of the city's history, become urban neighborhoods. Our study appropriated a field of observation of the city of Kinshasa from which the formulation of a problem generated a set of questions and answers which aroused more information needs and therefore literature and field observations. .
