Abstract
This paper describes the work environment determined by legislation and fundamentally the conditions of efficiency and effectiveness required by productive, commercial and service activities; therefore, they require competent professionals capable of solving the specific problems of business management. The foregoing implies the responsibility and commitment of the university, the preparation of future professionals who are capable of demonstrating critical and reflective knowledge, skills in the analysis and interpretation of timely results and consistent with their ethical principles and values.
