Abstract
The objective of the study was to establish compliance with the simulation clinic standardization phases by nursing students in the third semester of the nursing degree program at the Central University of Ecuador in Quito-Ecuador, during the period March - August of 2019. The type of study was descriptive cross-sectional; With a population of 95 students, the information was collected through the application of a survey where it was evident that the most accomplished phases in simulation clinic with more than 70% were: relating theory to practice, the compliance phase teacher planning for students, as well as the development of critical and reflective thinking in conjunction with the use of simulation guides according to the scenarios, were carried out in an appropriate way.
