Abstract
Since the studies on burnout syndrome began until today, it has been seen that any profession can suffer it either in its three manifestations or start with any of them, its inclusion as a work-related disease highlights the need for its integral approach, every time it has links with multiple subsequent mental and biological pathologies. The objective of this research was to compare its presentation in different occupations to design a set of personalized interventions that were applied during one year and to measure the initial impact of these, for which it had a longitudinal design of two years with a descriptive scope. The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) instrument was used and a prevalence of between 3.99 and 48.12 was found. In the comparisons made, statistical significance was evidenced between the different manifestations and the studied cohorts.
