Abstract
The objective of this work is to analyze the pedagogical practices of teachers from direct observation in virtual tutorials, in the distance fiscal Educational Unit "Arupos". The research is of a qualitative approach, it was developed with the field modality, hence, given its nature, it is descriptive. The results reveal that teachers have deep confusion in the methodological processes, the approach of the cognitive challenge and in the application of curricular adaptations. However, virtual tutoring was positive and significant for students, since they encourage group work and autonomous learning. The conclusions indicate that the strategies used by the teachers are adequate, especially for students with specific educational needs, since these present diverse manifestations, which are attended directly by the tutors for the benefit of the students.
