Abstract
Reaching the Constitution at the essential core of the legal clinic, even imposing on the legislator (and its circumscribed discretion, in relation to the constitutional text) limits even in the abstract positive topos to the action of the Legislative Power, linked thedignity of the human person to the ultima ratio of the State. But, just as Justinian, not only after the construction of the theoretical framework of constitutional law, taught us what this legal branch would be (and how it would be). In a simple analysis, it discusses about the (human) 'act of thinking' and what is its possibility of being reproduced mathematically in the form of an algorithm.
