Abstract
Poverty is the sociological, economic and political reality that has existed since the emergence of history of humanity. Poverty, in the widest sense, is the state of lack of resources that the individual can maintain his biological life. The negative consequences of poverty affect the disadvantaged groups in society more deeply. Poverty is often a violation of human rights, as it can even threaten the individual’s right to life, education and health. Globalization, capitalism and wars maintain the phenomenon of poverty that violates human rights and has many negative effects on individuals, families and societies. Human rights are intangible, unalienable universal rights arising from the individual’s humanity alone. The human rights ideal promises every person has some basic rights.
