Abstract
The pandemic and the consequent mandatory isolation triggered different crises within the critical event it represented. The educational system was no exception; various alterations in everyday life generated, in some situations, profound changes in the educational dynamic, more precisely in the instrumentation to make it possible. We are still experiencing this process of change. The objective of this work is to analyze the critical impact that technology applied to teaching and learning processes has been generating on families, teachers and students in the Argentine Republic and Latin America, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: qualitative, from the systemic cybernetic perspective. Results: The educational system continues to experience changes as the effects of the pandemic, which are evident in the use of technology, didactics, teaching and the interactivity of the process.
