Abstract
Justice rises relentlessly, in the midst of firm decisions and coercive instruments, supported by the Civil Code, to guarantee the effectiveness of obligations and protect civil rights. The New Civil Code innovated by bringing its own chapter entitled "On the Rights of Personality", among arts. 11 to 21 (BRAZIL, 2002). The relevance of exploring the role of personality law in the civil enforcement process arises, as well as the safeguarding of wages in the face of new decisions of the judiciary.
