Abstract
The goal of this study is to look into the lives of six university lecturers from Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan who were in dual-career partnerships with their 16-year-old children. Data was gathered through in-depth interviews. In light of the study questions, analysis was carried out on the acquired data. Three themes emerged: there is a disconnect between actual and perceived values; a high amount of work responsibilities causes stress; and coping methods are used to deal with daily challenges. The notion of the immediacy of job task completion in contrast keeps the gap apart. Due to their strong commitment to their job and family, teachers in multiple career relationships are unable to distinguish between their actual and perceived values. Numerous strenuous tasks led to increased stress and a discrepancy between the two halves. HODs, teachers, and future research opportunities are all given recommendations. Teachers in the el...
